Gerardo De La O is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience at City of Hope, an NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. Gerardo serves as the CEO and lead sales director, utilizing his many years of knowledge on the medical supply chain necessary to operate a successful lab and surgical suite.
Pilar Cordoba, COO
Pilar has worked in Anatomic Pathology department since 1998. She is a certified CAP inspector and proficient in all areas of Anatomic Pathology.
Pilar’s work experience has been with UCLA, Cedar Sinai, USC and Kaiser North Hollywood. She has worked with high volume reference labs such as lmpath, AdPath Labs, and Neogenomics that has contributed to her knowledge and experience as well.
Pilar has a consulting firm that helped set up AP Labs. She has been responsible in providing assistance in developing SOP’s for the client. Pilar has helped in designing space efficient and cost effective laboratories for Histology and IHC. She has provided training for employees and had set standards for optimized quality in the laboratory departments.
Richard Cohen, CFO
Richard is a highly seasoned business leader with extensive experience as a president and CEO for private equity backed start-ups providing high growth and exceptional management. He was a co-founder of Simple Green and oversaw all financial needs and the growth of the company. Extremely familiar with the PPE industry and has provided millions of dollars in financials.
Dr. Ryan Williams, MD, PhD
Ryan R. Williams, MD, PhD, is an accomplished physician, neuroscientist, and professor. Trained in anatomical pathology at UCLA, he published strategies to treat brain cancer neurodegenerative diseases, and promote neural regeneration after injury. With an entrepreneurial spirit he co-founded United Medical Direct (UMD), as the Chief Science Officer. Based on extensive research, inspection report analysis and respective certifications, he endorses our PPE products for use in either the healthcare or hospitality industries.
